Brief0 Start a brief

OEM or ODM. Two roads, one standard.

Bring your own tech pack and we build it exactly — OEM. Bring an idea and our design team develops it with you — ODM. Same factory in Sialkot, same sampling, same standard of finish.

02Two roads

Drag the line. Pick your road.

On the left, the buyer who arrives with a full tech pack. On the right, the buyer who arrives with an idea. Move the line to see where your project sits — most land somewhere in between.

OEM 50 · ODM 50Hybrid — your spec, our design help

Road A · OEM

You lead the design.

You send a tech pack — flats, measurements, materials, colours, artwork. We pattern it, sample it and produce it to that spec, and flag anything that will not make well before it costs you a sample.

  • Fastest route to a quote when the pack is complete
  • Your fit, your fabrics, your construction
  • Best for established brands and repeat styles
Road B · ODM

We develop it with you.

You send the idea — references, a mood board, a garment you like, the customer you sell to. Our design team turns it into a spec, proposes fabrics and trims, then samples it for your approval.

  • No tech pack needed to start
  • Design, fabric and trim proposals from our team
  • Best for new labels, merch and first collections

03Route finder

Three questions. Your route.

Answer honestly — there is no wrong route. The result tells you what to send so the first reply is a useful one, and it moves the line above to match.

Q1 / 03Do you have a tech pack?
Q2 / 03Do you have patterns or a measurement chart?
Q3 / 03How much design help do you want?

Answer all three to see your route.

RouteOEMBuild to your spec

Your tech pack and measurements lead. We clarify, pattern, sample and produce to them.

Send us
  • Your tech pack (flats, BOM, colours)
  • Measurement chart with grading
  • Artwork as vector files
  • Size run and quantities
RouteHybridYour spec, our help

You bring part of the spec — measurements, a reference garment or a design — and we develop the rest with you.

Send us
  • What you have: sketches, a reference garment, measurements
  • Which parts you want help with
  • Logo files and colour references
  • Size run and quantities
RouteODMDesigned with you

Our design team develops the product from your brief and references, then samples it for approval.

  • Your brief: product, customer, use
  • References, mood images or garments you like
  • Logo files and colour ideas
  • Rough quantities and the sizes you sell

04What changes hands

What you send. What we send back.

The more of the left column you have, the sooner a quote is accurate. Missing pieces are normal — they are what the ODM side of the team is for.

OEM

Build to your spec

You send

  • Tech pack: front and back flats with construction notes
  • Measurement chart and grading for every size
  • Bill of materials: fabric, trims, threads, zips, labels
  • Colour references (Pantone codes or physical swatches)
  • Artwork as vector files with size and placement in cm
  • Label, swing tag and packing instructions
  • Size run and quantities per colourway

We send back

  • Questions on anything unclear or hard to make
  • Patterns made from your measurements
  • A sample to check against your pack
  • Your comments logged against the spec
  • A written quote: price, minimum, timing per style
ODM

Designed with you

You send

  • A short brief: product, customer, where it is worn
  • References: photos, mood boards, garments you like
  • Logo files, brand colours and any rules
  • The sizes you sell and rough quantities
  • Target positioning (entry, mid, premium) so fabrics fit

We send back

  • Design proposals and sketches for the agreed styles
  • Fabric and trim options to choose from
  • A tech pack for the agreed design
  • A sample to approve or comment on
  • A written quote: development, price, minimum, timing

05Side by side

OEM, hybrid, ODM — compared.

The same factory, sampling and checks sit behind all three columns. What changes is who writes the spec. Commercial rows are confirmed per style in your quote.

06Sampling & approval

Nothing runs until you sign.

Both roads meet here. Every project goes through the same sampling and sign-off, so the full run is checked against something you have held in your hands.

08Before you enquire

OEM & ODM FAQ.

Straight answers. Anything commercial — minimums, timing, prices — is set per style and confirmed in your quote.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM clothing manufacturing?

With OEM (original equipment manufacturing) you supply the design — usually a tech pack with flats, measurements, materials and artwork — and the factory builds it to that spec. With ODM (original design manufacturing) the factory’s design team develops the product with you from a brief, references or an idea, then samples and produces it under your brand.

Do I need a tech pack to work with you?

No. A complete tech pack makes OEM fastest to quote, but references, a garment you like, sketches or a mood board are enough to start on the ODM or hybrid route. We tell you what is missing and help fill the gaps.

What is a hybrid route?

Most real projects sit between the two: you have measurements or a reference garment but want help with artwork, colourways or trims, or you have a design but no patterns. We take what you have and develop the rest, so you only pay attention where it is needed.

Who owns the design and the tech pack?

Ownership of designs, patterns and tech packs developed for you is agreed in writing in your quote before development starts. Your own artwork and brand assets always remain yours.

Is the minimum order different for OEM and ODM?

Minimums are set per style, not per route, and confirmed in your quote. Development work for ODM styles is quoted separately when it applies.

Can you produce under my brand with my labels?

Yes. Private label is the norm: woven neck labels, care labels, swing tags, polybags and carton marks in your branding. List each item in your brief so it is included in the sample and the quote.

How many sample rounds are included?

The sampling plan — how many rounds and what each covers — is written into your quote. The goal is one approved sample that becomes the reference for the whole run.

Can I start ODM and move to OEM later?

Yes. Once a style is developed and approved, its spec is on file, so re-orders and new colourways run like an OEM order from that approved reference.

09Your brief

Pick a road. Send the brief.

Tell us what you are making. A tech pack, a reference photo or a sketch on a napkin all work. We reply with questions, the route that fits (OEM or ODM), sampling steps and a quote.
